Jessica Wenmouth

Jessica Wenmouth is an experienced professional in research commercialisation and intellectual property management within the higher education sector. Currently serving as Head of Research Commercialisation at Lancaster University since May 2018, Jessica develops and implements the university's research commercialisation strategy, leading a team to identify commercial opportunities and negotiate intellectual property terms. Previously, Jessica held the role of Commercialisation Impact Manager at Lancaster University, focusing on maximizing the impact of the university's IP portfolio. Jessica's earlier experience includes roles at the University of Central Lancashire as Intellectual Property Formalities and Commercialisation Officer and at the University of Chester as Knowledge Action Network Project Administrator. Jessica's educational background includes a BSc in Forensic Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire and A Levels from Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth I College.
