Richa Kumar is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience across various roles in the human resources field. Currently serving as Team Lead at LanceSoft, Inc. since March 2022, Richa previously held positions at Technosoft Corp. as Executive Talent Acquisition from September 2017 to March 2022, and as HR Recruiter at Ontime Solutions from April 2014 to August 2017.
