We operate in the private healthcare environment and provide specialised pathology services for the corporate, insurance and industrial sectors.

SANAS Accredited (ISO Standard 15189), more then 100 Specialist Pathologists.

To deliver consistent quality at every level of our business, Lancet Laboratories’ Quality Assurance team works hard to achieve and maintain SANAS accreditation throughout its structure, adhering to the highest international criteria set out according to ISO Standard 15189.

The Quality Assurance department is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System (QMS) is implemented and maintained in all laboratories and departments within Lancet Labs.

Our objectives are to attain accreditation to ISO 15189 for laboratories and certification to ISO 9001 for all support departments.

The Data and Analytics Team at Lancet Laboratories is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of diagnostic and operational data to support strategic decision-making and improve service delivery. They develop and manage business intelligence tools, ensure data accuracy, and generate actionable insights that help streamline operations, enhance diagnostic accuracy, and uphold the high standards mandated by ISO Standard 15189 accreditation.
