Clint Freeland

Clint Freeland is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at The Mosaic Company since June 2018, Clint leads global finance, IT/cybersecurity, and strategy teams, driving significant companywide transformations. In addition, Clint has been a member of the Board of Directors for Lancium since June 2022, chairing the Audit Committee and participating in the Compensation and Governance Committees. Prior to Mosaic, Clint held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Dynegy from July 2011 to April 2018, where a comprehensive restructuring and M&A growth strategy were key accomplishments. Earlier roles at NRG Energy included SVP of Strategy & Financial Structure and Chief Financial Officer, along with a strong background at Enron Corp as Director of Global Finance. Clint's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University and a BA in Political Science from The University of the South.
