Ciaran Carvalho

Ciaran Carvalho is an experienced professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as a Patron at Real Estate Balance and LandAid since May 2023. Previously, Ciaran was a Senior International Partner at CMS UK from May 2017 to April 2024. Ciaran's extensive experience includes leadership roles as Head of Real Estate and Chair at the Investment Property Forum, where involvement included publishing key industry guides. Prior roles also include Senior Partner and Head of Real Estate at Nabarro LLP, Partner and Head of Finance and Real Estate at Dechert LLP, and foundational roles at Titmuss Sainer & Webb. Ciaran holds a Diploma in Property Investment from the IPF and has a background in advising major clients on significant property acquisitions and transactions.
