Chelsey Livingston

Chelsey Livingston is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and banking. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Commercial Banking at Landmark National Bank, Chelsey previously held the position of Transition Coordinator at Southwest Kansas Area Cooperative District, where responsibilities included training teachers, managing IEP evaluations, and fostering partnerships with external agencies. Chelsey also worked as a Special Education Teacher managing a caseload of students with disabilities, and as an Agricultural Education Teacher at LA CROSSE USD 395. Early career experiences include roles in event planning and education at the American Angus Association and the Kansas FFA Foundation. Chelsey holds a Master of Science in High Incidence Special Education, a Transition to Teach Program certification in Secondary Education, and a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Sciences and Industry from Kansas State University.
