Gonzalo Cruz

Gonzalo Cruz, ASLA, serves as Vice President and Design Principal at AECOM's NYC Landscape Studio, with a career spanning over a decade at the company since March 2010. Gonzalo has held various leadership positions, including Associate Vice President and Principal for Urbanism Lead in the Americas, and Principal overseeing the Northeast Practice for Landscape Architecture and Urban Design. In addition to roles at AECOM, Gonzalo is a member of the Board of Directors for the Landscape Architecture Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to environmental improvement and design leadership cultivation. Previous experience includes positions at HOK as an Associate and at Hargreaves Associates as a Senior Designer. Gonzalo holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from The City College of New York.
