Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana’s expertise in nutrition stems from a role as a nutritionist in a private practice between February 2016 and 2019, coupled with teaching experience in applied mathematics and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
