Shiraz Refai

Shiraz Refai is a highly experienced financial services professional with a career spanning from December 1997 to the present. Currently serving as Director at LOLC EL-OULA Microfinance Egypt since May 2022, Shiraz has also held various senior roles at LOLC Finance PLC, including Head of Alternate Financial Services. Past positions at LOLC Finance encompass DGM, AGM, Chief Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager within the Al-Falaah Islamic Business Unit, as well as Branch Head in Mt. Lavinia. Additionally, since April 2019, Shiraz has been the Head of Strategic Initiatives for International Operations at LOLC Holdings PLC. Prior experience includes customer advisory roles at Alliance & Leicester and marketing positions at several organizations, including Hatton National Bank PLC and LOLC Holdings.
