Manuela Strauch

Ms. Strauch has been a member of the works council since 2000, initially at Bayer AG. She has been a full-time member of the works council since 2010. Ms. Strauch previously worked as a chemical laboratory assistant in the Material Protection Products business unit at LANXESS.

In 2011, Ms. Strauch completed the postgraduate course "Change Management".
