Alaleh Kouhkan

Alaleh Kouhkan is an experienced urban designer and planner with a strong background in various aspects of urban development. Currently serving as a Stedenbouwkundige / Landschapsontwerper at LAOS Landschapsarchitectuur B.V. since September 2018, Alaleh has previously worked with notable firms such as Armanshahr Consultant Engineers and MOPurbandesign, contributing to urban design guidelines, planning policies, and architectural layouts. Alaleh's research experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Armanshahr Architecture & Urban Development journal, focusing on design guidelines for urban gateways. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Urbanism and Strategic Planning from KU Leuven and ongoing studies at the University of Groningen and Delft University of Technology. Alaleh also holds a Bachelor's degree in Urbanism from Qazvin International University.
