Todd Nutbrown

Todd Nutbrown is an experienced Community Development Specialist with a diverse background in human services and community support. Since February 2022, Todd has been contributing to the City of Tampa. Prior roles include Program Manager at Celadon Recovery and Duty Officer in the Shelter and Support Housing Administration Division for the City of Toronto, where Todd was involved in operational oversight of various essential services. Previous experience encompasses positions such as Community Services Coordinator at Toronto Community Housing and several managerial roles at Carizon Family and Community Services/kidsLINK, focusing on residential, educational, and recreational programs. Todd's foundational experience includes work at Dayspring Children's Center and Shelbourne Youth Correctional Facility. Educational qualifications include an Honors Bachelor of Recreation Management Degree from Acadia University and a Corrections Counseling Services Diploma from NSCC.
