Javier de la Sotilla Puig

Javier de la Sotilla Puig is an experienced journalist currently serving as a Washington Correspondent for La Vanguardia since January 2024. In addition, Javier contributes to Radiocat XXI. RAC1 / RAC105 and La Sexta as a US Correspondent, and participates in the talk show Club de Prensa on NTN24. Previously, Javier was a US Correspondent for elDiario.es and Diari ARA, and worked as a News Writer specializing in logistics and transport for El Mercantil. Javier's early career includes roles as a news writer covering international news at La Vanguardia and Diari ARA, as well as video editing for Amnesty International. Educationally, Javier holds a Master's degree in International Journalism from Blanquerna - Universitat Ramon Llull and dual Bachelor's degrees in Journalism and Political Science from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
