Mona Mourshed

Mona Mourshed is the Director at Last Mile Health. Prior to this role, Mona was the Head of Global Social Responsibility at McKinsey & Company from January 2018 to December 2020. In this role, Mona created and led McKinsey’s global social responsibility function, spanning acting responsibly, giving back, and working with purpose.

Before their work in global social responsibility, Mona was the Senior Partner and Head of the Global Education Service Line at McKinsey & Company from 2007 to 2017. In 2007, Mona founded McKinsey’s education service line which served school systems and vocational and higher-education institutions to improve students’ learning outcomes, their chances of finding jobs, and their day-to-day lives.

Mona has dedicated their career to helping others reach their potential and create a better future for themselves. Through their work in social responsibility and education, Mona has positively impacted the lives of countless individuals around the world.

Mona Mourshed has a Ph.D. in Economic Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Development Studies from Stanford University.
