Brandon McCulley

Brandon McCulley is the Associate General Counsel at LastPass since October 2022, bringing extensive legal expertise from various roles in prominent organizations. McCulley was a Senior Legal Counsel at GoTo from March 2017 to October 2022 and served as Sr. Manager of Contracts and Order Management at Lytx, Inc. prior to that. Experience also includes positions as Legal Counsel at Mitchell International and Sr. Manager of Contracts at Omnitracs, where McCulley excelled in drafting and negotiating legal agreements and managing contract departments. McCulley holds a JD from California Western School of Law and a BA in Politics and American Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, alongside a commitment to professional growth as a Charter Member of TechGC since May 2021.
