Katherine Rivera

Katherine Rivera is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and labor relations, currently serving as a Business Partner in Human Resources at LATAM Airlines since October 2011. Katherine is responsible for managing relationships with five labor unions and three collective agreements, ensuring compliance with Colombian labor legislation, and facilitating collective negotiations. Previously, Katherine held various roles, including Labor Relations Analyst and Senior Payroll Analyst, where expertise involved payroll management for large employee groups and advisory support on labor procedures. Katherine's career began at PwC Colombia and included roles focused on payroll processing and employee relations. Katherine holds a specialization in Labor Law and Social Security from Universidad Sergio Arboleda and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca.
