Maikol Galindo

Maikol Galindo PMP has extensive experience in the aerospace and automotive industries, currently serving as Engineering Chief - Aircraft Structures & Cabin at LATAM Airlines since June 2010, leading the Production Support Engineering team at Latam MRO SCL to ensure timely completion of heavy maintenance tasks. Previous roles at LATAM include providing technical assistance for aircraft structures and leading AOG recovery for Boeing and Airbus fleets. Maikol also contributed to the automotive sector as an Ingeniero de Desarrollo at Terminales Automotrices S.A., focusing on the design and development of steering system components, and as an Ingeniero de Mantenimiento at Manufacturas de Cemento S.A. Formally educated at prestigious institutions, Maikol holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and various specialized qualifications, including a PMP credential from the Project Management Institute.
