Ryan Salmons

Ryan Salmons is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership and product development. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Latch since November 2024, Ryan previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at HelloTech Inc., where significant achievements included expanding the engineering team from 6 to 35 members and driving a six-fold revenue increase. Ryan also served as Director of Engineering at MNTN, influencing a culture change through the implementation of product-based pods, and co-founded Buddytruk, a platform for on-demand moving services. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
