Summer Eberhard

Summer Eberhard serves as Principal of Legal Recruiting at Lateral Link since December 2023, specializing in guiding associates towards roles that align with their long-term career aspirations within the Southern California, San Francisco Bay Area, and Pacific Northwest legal markets. Previously, Summer held the position of Partner at Major, Lindsey & Africa from November 2014 to November 2023, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Prior roles included Managing Director and Legal Recruiting Manager positions at Adams & Martin Group and Robert Half Legal, respectively, as well as experience as a Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney at McCarthy & Holthus LLP. Summer Eberhard holds a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine Law, a certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine Law, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, graduating cum laude.
