Parivash Ashrafi

Parivash Ashrafi is a seasoned Machine Learning Research Scientist with extensive experience in applied research and development in the fields of image/video understanding, mixed data analysis, and computer vision. Currently serving at Lattice Semiconductor since November 2021, Parivash previously held positions at Mirametrix Inc. and Stradigi AI, focusing on innovative AI products. Earlier experience includes a research role at the University of Hertfordshire, where modeling chemical evaporation rates was a key responsibility, along with supervising final projects as a Visiting Lecturer. Parivash's career began with technical roles in software development and quality assurance, complemented by a strong educational foundation including a Ph.D. in Computer Science (Bioinformatics) from the University of Hertfordshire and a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Manchester.
