Lia Schiza

Lia Schiza currently serves as the Director of AI Engineering at Lattice, leading the AI organization to develop AI-powered products and capabilities. In addition, Lia advises the startup StealthCo, providing technology and product leadership. Previously, Lia held the position of VP of Engineering at PowerToFly, overseeing engineering, infrastructure, and security teams, and served as Director of Engineering at Riskalyze and RentPath. Lia's experience also includes roles at Delta Air Lines as Manager of UI Engineering, Deloitte and Oracle as Senior Manager of Product Development, and as Engineering Manager at Lancope. Lia earned an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Georgia State University and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
