Conor Gillardy

Conor Gillardy is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Deputy Nominated Person for Ground Operations at Lauda Europe since December 2022. Prior to this role, Conor held various positions at Ryanair, including Regional Manager for Ground Operations, where responsibilities included performance management of over 35 based aircraft across Northern/Central Europe and the Middle East, and coordination with ground handlers and airport authorities to enhance safety and operational resilience. Conor also contributed as an ATM Project Manager, overseeing Ryanair’s participation in the Single European Skies initiative and managing relationships with Air Navigation Service Providers. Additional experience includes roles as a Flight Operations Analyst and Intern at Ryanair, as well as entry-level positions at Ireland West Airport. Conor holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Dublin City University.
