Ruth Wilson-Nash

Ruth Wilson-Nash is an experienced engineer currently working at Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult since May 2020, focusing on the development and validation of innovative technologies for offshore wind operations and maintenance. Prior to this role, Ruth served as a Project Engineer at ROSEN and as an Engineering Technician at MACAW Engineering Ltd, where expertise in the gas industry was gained. Ruth has a background in education, having worked as a Teacher of Physical Education at Wetherby High School, managing staff and organizing numerous events. Ruth also has experience in various educational roles through Celsian Education and Principal Resourcing. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Physical Education from Leeds Metropolitan University and an HND in Mechanical Engineering from Teesside University.
