Alphonsus Tan

Alphonsus Tan is an experienced sales leader, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Sales for APAC at GitLab since September 2022, where responsibilities include managing commercial account executives and establishing go-to-market strategies. Prior roles include mentoring at LaunchPad Academy, leading strategic accounts at Red Hat, and overseeing sales growth at Jitterbit. Alphonsus has also held positions at Bluewolf, IBM, and as a project manager, building a diverse skill set in client engagement, team leadership, and business development. Alphonsus holds dual degrees in Business Information Systems and Business Finance from Swinburne University of Technology.
