Emily Hanrahan

Emily Hanrahan is an associate in Litigation and Dispute Resolution at Lawson Lundell LLP, having started in September 2023. Previously, Emily completed a JD at the University of Calgary, graduating in June 2023. Emily's legal experience includes roles as an articled student and summer student at Lawson Lundell LLP, where responsibilities included assisting in corporate commercial and litigation files, drafting legal research memos, and conducting industry research. Prior to law, Emily worked as a claims representative and underwriting assistant at Intact, where guidance on the Accident Benefits Claims process and policy management were key responsibilities. Earlier work experience includes a summer student position at TC Energy and an assistant role at ÇaVaBien Hair Studio & Day Spa Ltd. Emily earned a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in Business Economics & Law from the University of Alberta.
