Debra S. Tobias

Debra S. Tobias is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field of law. Currently an Official Member with Lawyers of Distinction since August 2020, Debra has served as Managing Partner of Professional Development at Testan Law since September 2010, focusing on cultivating strong client relationships and promoting collaborative resolutions for complex cases. Previously, Debra held significant positions including Senior Trial Attorney at Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, LLP, where responsibilities encompassed handling workers' compensation matters, and In House Counsel at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Debra began a civil litigation practice as Managing Attorney and has also worked as a Deputy District Attorney. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School along with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge, and initial studies at UCLA.
