David Lewis

David Lewis is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial property and residential acquisitions. Serving as a Partner at Laytons LLP since March 2018 and previously at Hamlins LLP from March 1998 to 2018, David specializes in business leases, commercial property transactions, and landlord and tenant matters, including negotiations with prominent high street retailers. David's expertise extends to high-value residential acquisitions, site acquisition and development, as well as representation of sports and media clients. David holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Property from the University of Staffordshire, attained between 1988 and 1992.
