Stephen Kliefoth

Stephen Kliefoth is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and capital markets advisory. Currently serving as Vice President at Lazard since July 2018, Stephen previously held roles as an Associate and Investment Banking Summer Associate at the same firm. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Solebury Capital LLC, a leading capital markets advisory firm, from October 2009 to May 2016, where Stephen contributed to numerous IPO and follow-on advisory assignments. Stephen holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Wake Forest University.
