Seth Zachary

Mr. Zachary joined the Board of Advisors of LCP in 2022. He became a Partner at Paul Hastings, LLP in 1987, and currently serves as the Chair Emeritus of the law firm and a partner in the tax practice, based in the New York office. His tax law practice focuses on general, corporate, and real estate tax-related problems as well as foreign tax issues. Mr. Zachary represents numerous corporations and investment banks in the federal, state, and local tax arenas. Mr. Zachary holds a LL.M. from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, and a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University.
