Allen N. is a seasoned professional in product development and project management with significant experience in the aerospace and medical device industries. Currently serving as a Product Development Manager at LCR Embedded Systems since October 2024, Allen previously held the position of Principal Program Manager for New Product Development at Canary Medical Inc., focusing on smart orthopedic implants. Prior to that, Allen was a Senior Staff Project Engineer at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, leading advanced capability development for the MQ-9 Reaper Unmanned Aircraft System and overseeing key engineering projects. Additionally, Allen co-founded the 5,000 Mask Challenge during the COVID-19 pandemic, successfully producing over 6,500 medical masks for healthcare facilities. Allen holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering with a Mechanical Engineering concentration from the New York Institute of Technology.
