Guilherme Neumann

Guilherme Neumann is an experienced design professional with a diverse background in various roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Design Lead at Lead since August 2023, Guilherme previously held the position of Head of Design & Partner at Nubank from 2014 to 2020, where contributions played a vital role in establishing Nubank as a leading digital bank with a focus on innovative product experiences. Other notable positions include Lead Product Designer at Yahoo from 2009 to 2014, Senior User Experience Designer at Globo.com from 2004 to 2009, and Design roles at Rage Comunicação Interativa, Embrace Comunicação e Marketing de Relacionamento, and e21 Agência de Multicomunicação. Additionally, Guilherme contributed to design education as a Product Design Teacher at EBAC in 2016.
