Rachel Couch

Rachel Couch is currently serving as an American Connections Corps Fellow and AmeriCorps Member at Lead For America and a Digital Skills Coach at the Workforce Centers of South Central Kansas. Previously, Rachel held various positions including Executive Assistant at Highstreet Trading LLC, where responsibilities included managing contractor relationships, supporting marketing efforts, and website development. Additional experience encompasses roles such as an intern at the WINFIELD ARTS & HUMANITIES COUNCIL INC, Retail Store Manager at Hilltop Products LLC, and Yoga Instructor at multiple organizations. Rachel has a strong background in marketing, management, and educational support, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts in Contemplative Psychology and ongoing study for a Master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa University.
