Rob Edwards

Rob Edwards is a technical writer at LeadDesk since August 2022, previously working as a self-employed writer managing the monthly fiction podcast, StorycastRob, and contributing short stories to multiple anthologies. Prior experience includes content writing for John's Coffee from January 2020 to August 2022, and as a content specialist at The Shortcut from January 2019 to January 2020, where blog posts focused on startup experiences and the intersection of entrepreneurship and pop culture. Rob's career began as an IT trainer at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust from June 2004 to July 2016, delivering training for the Cerner Millennium system to thousands of staff.
