Jason Canavan

Jason Canavan is a Senior Associate at Lead Edge Capital, a growth equity and buyout investment firm focused on software and internet companies, since September 2022. Previously, Jason worked at LLR Partners as a Private Equity Associate from September 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities included collaborating with portfolio companies to drive growth initiatives in technology and healthcare sectors. Prior experience includes roles as a Private Equity Analyst and Private Equity Summer Analyst at LLR Partners, and Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Shea & Company, a strategic advisor specializing in M&A for enterprise software companies. Jason began their career as a Fund Accounting Analyst Intern at Fidelity Investments. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Boston College and attended UCL in 2017. Jason is an alumnus of Phillips Academy.
