Eddie Marmol

Eddie Marmol is an experienced leadership and organizational coach, currently serving as an Associate Partner at Leadership Choices, where Eddie focuses on enhancing leader resilience through the Executive Fire Index. With a career spanning over two decades, Eddie has held various coaching and facilitation roles, including positions as an Executive and Organizational Coach at MasterCoaches, a Mental Fitness Coach with Positive Intelligence, and a Senior Associate at Executive Coaching Connections, LLC. Eddie's expertise encompasses leadership development, effective communication, and organizational cultures. Previously, Eddie contributed as an Independent Executive Coach at Cambria Consulting and was a founding partner of Coaches en Español. Early in the career, Eddie worked as an Engineer and Project Manager at Harris Corporation after earning degrees in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the University of Central Florida.
