Stefanie Arnold

Stefanie Arnold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and coaching. Since 2016, Stefanie has been a Partner and Co-Lead of Tailored Leadership Development at Leadership Choices, while also serving as Partner and Head of the Academy of Choices. In addition, Stefanie has been involved in Arnold Consulting Coaching Training since 2008 as a Beraterin and Coach, and at GenoAkademie since 2013 as a Beraterin, Trainerin, and Prüferin. Previous roles include Leadership Development Associate at the Center for Creative Leadership and Dozentin at Hochschule Heilbronn and aim - Akademie für innovative Bildung und Management. From 2009 to 2018, Stefanie led projects at Lernende Region Heilbronn-Franken E.V. and served as Principal in Change Management at Capgemini from 2000 to 2007. Stefanie began consulting and training at Consensa Projektberatung GmbH & Co. KG in 1994. Stefanie holds a Diplom-Handelslehrerin degree from the University of Hamburg and a qualification as an Industriekauffrau from Hans Schwarzkopf GmbH.
