Alli Eastham

Alli Eastham currently serves as the Leadership U Program Coordinator at Leadership Howard County, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Alli worked as a Community Worker for the Community Action Council of Howard County from February 2022 to September 2024, where responsibilities included coordinating with clients to determine program eligibility and providing support throughout the application process. Additional experience includes roles such as Crew Member at MOM's Organic Market, Research Assistant at BRIDGELEADER NETWORK INC, Barista at Joe's Coffee, and Preferred Communities Intern at World Relief. Alli's early career also includes positions as an ESOL Paraeducator and ESOL Intern with Howard County Public Schools. Education was completed at Moody Bible Institute, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and Pre-Counseling from 2016 to 2020.
