Borja Rioja Mata

Borja Rioja Mata is a Business Intelligence Specialist at Leadtech Group since October 2024, with extensive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Software Engineering. Previously, Borja worked at MAPFRE from April 2013 to October 2024, serving as a technical leader in a multidisciplinary team within the Continuous Audit Department and successfully implementing end-to-end Continuous Audit projects with national and international BI technology based on continuous monitoring solutions using KPIs. Borja's early career included an internship at Ayuntamiento de Burgos, providing support to systems and development teams. Borja holds a Master of Business Administration from UEMC Business School, a Master's in Data Mining and Business Intelligence from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de León, and an IT Management Technical Degree from Universidad de Burgos, alongside technical education in Telecommunications from C.E. San José Artesano.
