Cody Young

Cody Young is a skilled professional with a strong background in customer billing and retention. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Billing at LeadVenture™ since October 2022, Cody has successfully enhanced performance and customer focus through targeted training and coaching, while reducing billing errors by improving processes and identifying risks. Previously, as the Director of Customer Retention at Constant Contact from May 2012 to October 2022, Cody developed and led a new customer retention team, achieving a significant increase in retention rates from 18% to over 30%. Cody holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University Global, earned between September 2019 and September 2022.
