Dow Draper currently serves as a Senior Advisor for Club Recruiting and Growth at League One Volleyball, and as Chairperson and Board Member at Homebase since December 2022. In addition, Dow Draper holds the position of Senior Advisor at FTI Consulting since May 2023. Previous roles include Executive Vice President of Emerging Business at T-Mobile, where significant contributions to revenue and EBITDA growth were made through business launches and strategic oversight. As Chief Commercial Officer at Sprint, Dow Draper managed a $20B+ annual service revenue P&L and drove consumer strategies for various brands. The leadership journey also includes positions as President at Boost Mobile, CEO of Virgin Mobile USA, and pivotal roles at Clearwire and Alltel, culminating in extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operational management across multiple telecommunications entities. Dow Draper earned an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder.
