Kelly Knapp

Kelly Knapp is a seasoned human resource professional with over two decades of experience in talent management and employee engagement. Currently serving as a People Success Business Partner at League One Volleyball since December 2024, Kelly previously held multiple leadership roles at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, including Senior Director of Talent Management and Director of Employee Engagement. Kelly's extensive experience encompasses managing payroll and personnel records for a multi-million dollar organization with more than 1,400 year-round staff members. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Master of Education in Sport Administration from Xavier University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Management from Otterbein University.
