Dan Drouin is an experienced professional in the field of operations and engineering, currently serving as Vice President of Industry 4.0 at Lear Corporation since April 2004, where previous roles included Director of Operations and Plant Manager, among others. Prior to joining Lear Corporation, Dan Drouin worked at Ford Motor Company from June 2000 to April 2004 as an Ergonomic Engineer. Dan Drouin holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Biomechanics and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics, both from the University of Windsor.
