Vijay K. Sharma

Vijay K. Sharma serves as the Managing Director of Sharma Global Consulting LLC since September 2018, leveraging over 35 years of extensive experience in Retail and Contract Services across multiple functional areas and global markets. Sharma focuses on mentoring and coaching individuals, startups, and SMEs, assisting senior executives in vision crafting, strategy articulation, and team development. Previously, Sharma held various leadership roles at Sodexo, including Regional Director and Chief Information Officer, and played a pivotal role in transforming operational processes and integrating IT strategies on a global scale. In addition to consulting, Sharma has contributed as a board member for organizations such as STRUT Learning and the National Association of Women Business Owners Los Angeles Chapter. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, an MS in Human Nutrition and Food Service Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a BS in Agriculture from Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University.
