Rayna Smith, MBA, is an experienced professional in organizational management and government relations. Currently serving as the Director of Government Relations at Learning Ally since April 2022, Rayna previously held leadership roles including Chief of Staff at Character.org and Assistant Director of Operations at Ingenuity Prep. Rayna has demonstrated expertise in operations management, compliance assurance, staff training, and community engagement throughout various positions. With a Master of Business Administration from Trinity Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Art History from Howard University, Rayna has consistently contributed to improving educational outcomes and fostering effective organizational practices.
