Paula Baciu

Paula Baciu is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in driving data-driven product decisions at Learnosity since March 2023. Previously, as an assessment content manager at Questionmark, Paula developed and launched a portfolio of assessments that substantially increased revenue. Paula co-founded Enchantia Gift Shop, achieving significant annual revenue while managing a team of freelancers. Additional roles include content management in various editorial capacities, including at The New European and Digital Enterprises, alongside operational internships at the Embassy of Romania and the Romanian Cultural Institute. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Russian and East European Literature and Culture from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brunel University London.
