Kate Read LaValla

Katie has been on the board since 2018. She owns and operates 14 H&R Block franchises spanning from Upstate New York to Western Vermont and is therefore an expert both in taxes as well as what it takes to operate a small business. Katie is currently the Chair of the compensation committee and a member of the executive committee.
