Conrad has spent his career working in the Human Resources (HR) area in large blue chip global companies. He worked in a variety of different HR roles in Australia, the UK and USA, ultimately having global HR responsibility. He is fascinated by business and how effective people practices can be integrated with business strategy in order to help an organisation achieve its objectives. His particular areas of HR interest are those relating to the early identification of high potential talent, planning development paths for such talent and mentoring them in their career, as well as the whole area of effective succession planning.
He is married with two sons. He enjoys reading autobiographies, watching sport, limited gardening and is a keen traveller.
