Andrew Croshaw

Andrew Croshaw is a seasoned professional in the health care consulting and investment sectors with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as an Investment Committee Member at Leavitt Equity Partners since July 2020, Croshaw oversees investment policies and risk management. As Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Comagine Health since January 2019, contributions focus on improving the healthcare system through quality enhancement and care management. Additionally, Croshaw held the position of CEO at Families First Pediatrics from September 2022 to August 2024, pioneering integrated health care solutions for children. Prior roles include Chief Strategy and Integration Officer at Health Management Associates, CEO of Leavitt Partners, and other key positions within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Novartis, and Eli Lilly and Company. Croshaw earned a Master's degree in Business from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Utah State University.
