Nathalie Carpentier

Nathalie Carpentier has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as Responsable Formation at Lebronze Alloys Group since March 1999. In this role, Nathalie implements and oversees the training policy aligned with the needs of the company and its employees, focusing on enhancing technical skills and key roles within the group. Prior positions at Lebronze Alloys include Responsable Formation multi-sites & Chargée Relations Sociales, where Nathalie developed and executed training plans, and Chargée de Formation and GPEC, managing the entire training process. Additionally, Nathalie holds significant educational credentials from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, including a DESS in Psychology of Economics and multiple maîtrises in Economic Sciences and Human Resources Management. Nathalie is also a member of GARF Champagne Ardenne since 2010.
