LEDDY MAYTUM STACY Architects (LMSA), located in San Francisco, is the 2017 National AIA Architecture Firm Award recipient and devoted to the creation of innovative, mission-driven and sustainable architecture which leads the way to a just, sustainable future for our community. We work on a variety of socially and environmentally sustainable projects that include: Affordable housing, Special Needs Housing, Educational, University, Adaptive Re-use, Historic Rehabilitation, Non-profits and Design for Autism. Our design culture emphasizes an open, collaborative dialogue with our colleagues, our clients, and the ultimate users – resulting in environments that exceed our clients’ expectations.

LMSA is a national leader in the design of buildings that respect the natural world and model resource-efficient, reduced-carbon architecture.
